terrific work - love everything about this. The story is obvious to me even before I read your comments.

I'm interested in the technicals here. The DOF seems really deep for a f/2.8 shot. Is this cropped heavily? My guess is you standing back from the window and had to crop down to this so the DOF works - would love to hear your side of it so I don't have to guess anymore!

Amazing work like this being consistently overlooked is a distressing trend on this site. I choose to fight the trend by removing myself from it's influence. I'm glad you're still submitting such great work.
