The Cliqueby SkipComment by Skip: yep, i blew this one by not knowing what i was doing and not allowing enough time to figure it out. top it off with too much dust on the sensor, and well, the score i got is the one i deserved! Message edited by author 2004-12-24 07:12:05. |

The Cliqueby SkipComment by HBunch: The first thing I notice about this shot is that the largest section of the photo is out of focus. The thing that my eyes are really drawn to is soft, while the little guy in the corner is in focus more. Also there are some black dots near the center of the photo and one in the bottom right of the photo that I find a tad distracting. The reflections of the candies make it appear to have more than just 7 of the subject, however, reflections don't count in my opinion. ~Heather~ |

No, You Go Firstby SkipComment by fisheye: It amazes me that we had the same idea for Low Tech, I mean almost the exact same shot! ...and I hadn't even seen the mouse trap in the Humour II challenge yet. Way to go on doing the best job capturing the perspective of the mouse. |

No, You Go Firstby SkipComment by bledford: The composition is good, if a little cliche. Your cheese is looking a little too orange for me...perhaps bring down the saturation 3-4 points. The depth of field is quite good and gets the point across fine. The glares coming off the tile floor are a little distraction, as is the dark grout. I think a really high-key effect, with the floor and background totally white and the OOF (out of focus) portion of the trap blending into the background would have been nice. Overall, a fine effort though...worthy of a 6. |

No, You Go Firstby SkipComment by mannjudit: I remember having seen this mousetrap a challenge before: an excellent idea this, which could have done on that challenge as well! A real cartoon! |

No, You Go Firstby SkipComment by Art Roflmao: May be low tech, but has anyone built a better one? ;-) This is the second (for me) of 2 mousetraps for this challenge and I bought some mousetraps to use in the challenge but didn't have time to work on. This one is better than the previous in that the cutout seems more realistic. |
