	Overcoming Challenges as a Team by Skip Comment by neophyte: The perspective gets a high mark from me. Hightlights seem a bit over exposed. This is tough to control as there's a lot of contrast(and that's what makes the photo interesting)

	the fan by Skip Comment by RolandB: Nice capture. Personally I would have cropped out the left side to about half the glove. (I know, I hate it when people tell me how theywould crop my picture,) but the white shirt on the man in background is very distracting. I like this shot.
