Personally, I have seen so many of these shots that they have to be spectacular to work for me and while this is pleasing to the eye, it´s hardly spectacular and I also find it a stretch to fit the challenge as it doesn´t affect me at all although I scored like you fit the challenge. Anyway, not bad at all, good composition and you used a correct exposure time for the flow of the water but it seems a little bit underexposed so maybe 1 stop higher iso or 1 stop bigger aperture would have fixed that (this could just be the fault of the screen I use here at work though).

Nice photo, the greens have just enough punch to give it variation. I am not sure about the sweeping effect on the water in the lower part of the picture when it appears that the water is in focus under it. It also seems that the white is punched a bit due to what looks like two white out spots 2/5 from the bottom, center. 7.

Although I don̢۪t say this is a bad picture I have scored this low.
Low in my book is not extremely low, but I guess there will be other people thinking the same way I do who don̢۪t leave a comment.
Don̢۪t take this the wrong way, this is my own opinion, and I am trying to let you understand what some voters may think.

In my opinion this does not meet the challenge, the description of the challenge: Take a picture that captures an emotion.
I looked hard, but I don̢۪t see an emotion. This could be my fault, but that̢۪s the reason why I voted lower as I would normaly do.
