Sorry to hear that your family has gone thru so much lately. This is a beautiful photo. I am amazed that the mom let you carry the 2 hour old baby away like that. What trust she has in you. :)

Isn't this just the best place to be for photos.....

I have a little story to tell you. We spent the day with our new DPC friends, Evelynne and Bob Node at there property in my home town of Maryborough.

After a lovely lunch we walked for quite away to get up close and personal with their two Alpackas, Zanadu and Benson. Zanadu is with foal and due to give birth on the 11th February a day before Peters birthdaay next year.

She was a little cautious of us both, but Benson was more co-operative with me taking lots of images. I filled a card and also the end of another with wonderful memories of the Alpaclas and Bobs two dogs Cane and Jazz, plus lots of textures all over the place.

What do I do after such a memorable and wonderful day..... Accidently wiped a whole card by accident, as I got them mixed up so only now have about 6 to 8 shots on the end on another card. This is the first time I have ever done that so felt real stupid as there were some great moments that I captured of that special day. They are now all lost, and now only a memory in my mind.

I felt like such a dill but can laugh about it now and will just have to go and re visit them to take some more images of their wonderful place. It was such a special day for us both.
