Rule No. 3: Keep your balance...by TerramarComment by macrothing: 5 - Good angle. Criticism; would like to have seen a tighter crop or zoom, creating a more dramatic effect here, especially given your title. Technically, while no expert, I would like to have seen a tigher adhesion to the rule(s) for the Challenge, again though with a different crop/zoom, I see potential for this to be played into more resulting in a more dramatic effect. I like the texture capture on the wetsuit and the 'feel' of the water. Not sure on the frame. |

Life Aquaticby TerramarComment by Jutilda: You were so robbed. People just did not get it. I thought it was fantastic. One of the few 9's I gave out. |

Life Aquaticby TerramarComment by dahved: I didn't see this until now, but I like it! It tricked me, even though I submitted my shot flipped, too. I like it better flipped--it draws me in more. Message edited by author 2005-09-21 11:40:29. |

Rule No. 3: Keep your balance...by TerramarComment by how03: Nice stop of the action. Focus on the man's head is nice and sharp. Interesting diagonal line created by surfer and the wave. Right now surfer's shoulder is at intersection of thirds; would rather see his face there. |

Life Aquaticby TerramarComment by BattMom4: Better than most subjects that were flipped. Leading lines not strong enough to compete with the pier pilings. |

Life Aquaticby TerramarComment by Rikki: This is too confusing (rotation). Need a bit more contrast. Great perspective lines though and very much inline with the challenge. 5 |
