Haircut Anyone?by NitinComment by rex: The line between the tow draws me off what you want me to look at. Maybe try just one color sheet. |

Three O'Clockby NitinComment by BrennanOB: color balance is just too yellow, i cant see what metal these are. Also the black band fades into the backround. |

Corridorby NitinComment by jpochard: This is a neat setting to try and get those "light" shots. I like the arches, lines and shadows and the texture of the wall. The contrast seems a bit too harsh for me - with the sunlight a bit too washed out against the back wall.
Also, it somehow seems just a bit off center or slanted in the positioning of the camera. I also wish it didn't have the green tree at the end. I would have liked something with less contrast to the brown/golden colors of the walkway. Now, why didn't you move that tree? :) Overall, though, it's a nice shot and a location I think would be fun to try different things with. |

Haircut Anyone?by NitinComment by shavenwalrus: I like the setup here but I'm not sure about the old & new. I mean, those clippers have been around for decades, it's not like they are a 21st century invention.
I would prefer that the scissors and comb were not cropped out on the left too. |

Three O'Clockby NitinComment by TooCool: This shot is very yellow. This leads me to belive that your white balance is wrong. Did you shoot this under regular lighting (incandescent light bulbs)? If so, you need to adjust your cameras settings to reflect this. Your gold tone border might work with the shot IF the white balance was correct. In this example though, your border accentuates the yellowness of the shot and contributes to the issue. Compositionally the shot is not bad, but the subject material isn't such to hold interest for long...

Three O'Clockby NitinComment by aleksi: This is golden light for golden watches, but the tones don't shine at all, they're very restricted. The leftmost feels like it's dropping out of image, due to it's position, size and twisted form. Besides, it's just getting to the three. |
