I think you may have been going for the mix of stopped action and motion of her dancing. Unfortunately it seems you got mostly motion and an out of focus face. There is a blast of color and it looks like she is having fun and that is conveyed nicely in the image, but I think it would have been better with a little less blur on the face.

Love the model and the pose but just don't think the motion effect was the right thing. As well as adding motion it blurred the face a little too much.
