A Twister Dogby crikComment by Lutchenko: I really like the simplicity of this shot but if you are going to use a white background you really need to get it very very white. If you boost the brightness and then apply shadow/highlights you can remove the noise on the background and also make the figure more distinctive....

Nine Fallen Petalsby crikComment by ttreit: The lighting has a flat feel to me in this shot. A backlight might have helped the flower to stand out and feel more alive giving better contrast between the live and dead petals... I like the placement of the vase and live flower in the frame. |
