Oh, Crik, the color is beautiful! Good clarity and focus too. Very nice.

The blue and white blur on the right pulls my eye away from the cicada. I'm wondering if cropping the right a bit, might make this marvelous image stronger. Or now that the challenge is over, you could try removing the white spots.
