Comment by claudia26:
the lighting does not help the image -it seems too flat and the flash reflection in the box is too obvious

Is that burning wood or coal (or oil)? Looks like a fun ride!

Talk about mirrors and reflections. You captured them galore. Nice focus, fabulous colors, well posed composition, striking contrast between darks and lights. Might have cropped off just a tad too much at the bottom. Never-the-less, really nice image. Congratulations.

Nice shot! I would have liked it better if you could have shown a better view of the engine, but nice just the same.

I have that same kitty candle holder. Hmm..just thinking I HAD that same candle holder. I think the cat broke it. Very nice, clear image. This reminds me of a chessboard image I saw on here when I first joined about a month ago...would that be you? Good job...9

The ever slightest amount of fill lighting on the fence and this would be perfect! (I have my own lighting issues and can't help with this one, but it would make a great subject for a forum thread. You could get the opinions of the lighting gurus!)

The arch sets the scene here very nicely. I like how you captured the buildings of the ranch within the 'frame' so there is nothing of civilization aside from the power line outside of it. It is nice to see that you did not cut out that line, as it seems to fit well in this pic. 8
