Great - rich colours - the hi-lights, reflections are all perfectly aligned - lovely detail on the inside top of the pens.
From a photographic point of view it is excellent - exposure spot on. Depth of field just right - point of focus, exact.
For a competition I would definately put in on the list.
As a picture on my wall I cannot say it would get space but that is not the point here. I will definately be looking at some of your other work.

I think the crop is a bit thin. Seeing the pens go back further with white space at the top to match the bottom would look good I think.

I like the way you cropped this so that a greater proportion of the frame is in focus; pretty cool colors but I don't like the white in the foreground, there is a fairly sharp separation from the colored shadows to the white, perhaps it would have been better with a little texture there, as it is it just looks like the white is blown out
