See, now this, even with only two people in the shot, instantly made me think of family and all the picnics we had in my younger years. Granpa always did the cooking. I like that you focused on one main subject. Well composed. Could be a little brigter in some areas, but overall, nice job for the challenge!

One of my fav's in this challenge. Love the textures, composition and tones.

The only thing I would have changed here is the light coming through the tubes, it seem to be a bit too much muted, I would have preferred a slightly brighter light here. This is the only thing that holds it back from the 9 to 10 imho. Good job, thank you for sharing :)

When I saw this it made me laugh.
I like the Portrait style of these images, it allows me to see where the guy is going to in the first image and where he has come from in the last.
