It's a funny set-up but it looks a bit snapshot-y to me. The flash lighting is flat and dull and the red-eye and glare on the glasses gives the photo an amateurish quality. To avoid glare on eyeglasses (or windows, etc), particularly when using a flash, try shooting at a slight angle.

Nice humor. The hat/wig is just enough to force that second look...a little jarring, though. I'll quibble with the prominance of the word Wine in the upper righthand corner--obviously his continued studies include some interesting topics--but I'd cut that book out or turn the rest of the shelves into similar "advanced" studies. Flash is a little harsh. Composition appropriate. Good luck with voters.

Man does this ever look old! Interesting Idea, but the lens looks dirty (there's a spot near the top-right corner). I also find the chair in front distracting because it is reflecting more of the flash than any other part of the picture.
