Getting the Pointby d95vetteComment by Konador: The DoF is very effective here, but the grain is a bit distracting. Have you tried using neatimage? (//www.neatimage.com) |

Getting the Pointby d95vetteComment by alien2thisworld: Interesting depth of field. Shot looks a little grainy. If the rest of the knife is interesting, maybe putting it in the background but blurred by depth of field would look cool. Looking down the knife blade to the handle is an interesting perspective. |

Playing With Fire May Get You More Than Burnedby d95vetteComment by beckettboots: I think it's great that you captured the fireworks sign in the background. I wish the flames of the tanks were a little more vivid - that would really make the connection. The colors are wonderful and I like the off-centered cluster of the people (though the woman facing us draws focus from the black bottomed balloon). It doesn't feel like a representation of a habit per se. |

Playing With Fire May Get You More Than Burnedby d95vetteComment by melismatica: As a snap shot it is pretty good. Not great as a photo because the lady walking away from the scene kind of makes your eye wander off also. The background is distracting since the sign says Fireworks but the scene is showing ballooning. This isn't a habit by any stretch. It's a hobby. |
