I hope this person likes you....Seems to me the red highlights in the cheeks and nose are a bit unnaturally rosy. (People in background have the same affliction)

This is a wonderful photo. The subject is perfectly situated within the frame to let us see what he's doing and his environment; the focus is very sharp and the depth of field is just right to blur the background but not so much that we lose the sense of location. Exposure appears to be dead on. Great job!

i know that you couldn't really do anything abou this, however, that black thing above his head is distracting since the rest of the background around the top of his head is for the most part solid white.
