Thanks for your posting. Used Photoshop and basically created a second layer in B & W. Used the blur tool for the B&W layer and erased that layer to expose the underlying color layer. |

Highway Lightsby alonzo4bComment by whagerbaumer: Mighty strange. It looks like a dance of lights. I find it rather unappealing with the blurry cars, strip of light, and really large areas of overexposure. The reds at the bottom of the picture are nice. A 5. |
