No expert on night photography, but this appears to be overexposed. Especially with the new rules, perhaps trying to combine differently exposed images to create more even lighting may improve upon what it seems you are aspiring to. The reflection is nice.

I was here a couple of weeks ago and took a similar shot - weird! Technically I think that the building is the Reichstag and the lower house is the Bundestag but Iwon't split hairs.

I think that your shot is better than my shots in terms of composition, but I would like to see a bit more oomph in the contrast from the processing.

Wow! You've done an excellent job on this ! Where exactly is this? Imust visit there when I go to Scotland. Everything looks so fine. Perhaps a very slight color strech and channel equalizationwith a -7% gamma reduction would have me buying a copy of this for my wall!
