This picture has a lot going for it, maybe too much. I feel as if I am looking at two pictures -- the bird in calm water at the bottom and the bird with power plant at the top. Actually, I think you could have cropped it above the second bird. That power plant doesn't add a lot to the picture, and you still have the rainbow.

I would have suggested cropping the people on the right, but I guess they're there to show the context of the pic (ie: festival). Nice effect.
