Could be a bit sharper, and nature scenes are a slightly generic way to find "tilt", but a good pic nonetheless. More contrast, and brighter light source would have been beneficial.

Beautiful scene and colors. Like the long exposure effect. Compositionally seems 'out' though, perhaps it is the horizontal framing, not sure. I didn't get to this while voting, hypothetically - probably around a 6. edit:wording

Good use of the "tilt". Exposure and sharpness good. The lighter, pinkish patch in the top is distracting. Perhaps you could try doing it black and white.
