A very effective use of lighting to create a mood piece that is very nicely captured. A little more blank space than is needed at the top and left, but the nature of the image over comes this minor issue. A good, effective image showing the different nature of using lighting effectively even if it isn't "creative" in the objective sense. Well done.

Clowns creep me out... Nice details on the face, bloodshot eyes, messed up teeth work well... The shallow DOF works well for the shot. The lighting on his face works well to focus on him. I can't tell what the red in the background is but make me think of "evil" for some reason. I think this is a well done image for the challenge.
