Regarding the theme: An electrical outlet is not "green"...
Regarding the picture itself: For me there are some composition mistakes, as the main subject is too centered (and i got my eyes stucked on the middle of the frame, loosing interest on the rest...). You also cutted the device's wire on the frame... (It could be an green idea... but imho i think that it was a mistake, and not intentional...)

Lots of potential and great colors. The focus its there. The exposure and clarity are good.
Conceptually, however, I don't really get it. I love the idea of bringing an electronic device out of the comfort of home ... but then what? - it seems to mock the entire idea of environmentalism - but not in a way that engages the viewer or makes a good point.
So while some criticize Superfund sites and the government's involvement, I'm not sure this does that either - it seems too contrived. Or maybe it is supposed to insinuate that hippies are crazy and out of touch ... I dunno. The ingredients are there, but they don't come together into a good tasting breakfast for me today.
