This is a nice capture of two "cultures" (if you will) trying to communicate. I would suggest, however, to get down on the floor more, and shoot under the top railing, as it cuts off the subjects. With the glow in the tank, there was a good chance here of getting the kids in silouette. The arrangement of the seals to the kids was timed perfectly - it takes my eye in a circle from the top right seal, to the middle, bottom, girl - then almost to the boy (if it weren't for that rail!)

I found this photo to be very "distracting" with the sort of "split screen" effect, the reflections on the glass, and the dark edges of the aquarium.

Nice use of a glass-brick window. I tried to do something similar but I didn't have a compelling subject on the other side of it.
