3aby jdannelsComment by Skip: definitely a better graphic than the other photo. you might want to take a look at this either from a higher and lower perspective, rather than just shooting straight down the top of the hull. it might be stronger if shot a bit from above, with fishing gear, etc, inside the boat. |

what to do differently if you have more time: look at it like this: you got a usable shot; what other things could you do to make it even more dynamic? shoot from a lower perspective, maybe even with the camera on the ground. try (this may or may not work) seeing what would happen if you silhouetted a child in the sprinkler where the photo primarily consists of sky, water, and child(ren). [hmm, maybe an idea for the silhouette challenge here...] Message edited by author 2006-08-28 10:21:44. |
