Flyby jdannelsComment by RulerZigzag: This is underrated, Maybe the sign that says fly bothered some, it would have been better without it, but its'hard to clone out, good composition. |

Flyby jdannelsComment by Art Roflmao: Excellent, Joe! How many requests for validation? :) I lived in Alameda for a few years as a kid and was stationed near there through most of the late 80's (Mare Island). I also watch Mythbusters all the time - great show. This is a spectacular job on this. Lots of competition though. And yes, it's a "Man" photo. :D |

BBQ and fine conversationby jdannelsComment by krnodil: Very nice point of focus and the gently abstracted diner in the background. I do find those two bright spots of bokeh on his shirt to be a distraction. |

The no lookby jdannelsComment by krnodil: You are braver than I am. :) Even while looking away and feigning confusion with the controls, my heart thumps madly. Works best in noisy environments, to cover that click. I would wait for the "screech" that occasionally occurs as the train moves through the tunnel. :) |

Escalaphobiaby jdannelsComment by krnodil: Well it certainly sounds like the right word for it, if you had to name it! I like the faintest suggestion of a hesitant rider at the bottom. |

drivinby jdannelsComment by krnodil: Great capture of the moment, and the reflections. I wonder what impact it would have if you left the other players in the shot as just reflections, crop off at the right almost to the child. |
