Good idea, and a nice capture. I think I might have framed it a little looser to include more of the fish and it's suroundings. I would like to see a little more of the coral (?) the fish is up against.

These are very, very tricky to photograph and this is pretty good. I was about to put that the eye wasn't sharp but of course that's the false eye spot and the eye is nice and sharp (but well camouflaged).
I'm afraid it just doesn't say "fear" to me - now if it was a Titan triggerfish...

Was the fish vertical like that, or was it the angle? I think this might be better with either a close up of the fish's face or a shot that has the whole fish in it. Nice colors and focus though!
