i just love all those little starbursts!! i'm assuming you used a filter.. if not, how did you get such a great effect? beautiful colors, but i'm not a fan of the blurry parts (woman getting in her car, the one car in the right lane). I would have liked to see a picture of the street alone, with just the cars all lined up on the left and none on the right, with no people in sight. very cool picture, great job

Well connected to the challenge and obviously some work has gone into making the photo, but in the end it's just a road. Might have scored higher if it wasn't an everday scene, score 5.

I like the effect of the lights - perhaps a crop of the top half would be more dramatic and "abstract". The people and road in the bottom of the photo (for me) detract from the image.

I like the star effect on the lights. Photo could be a bit bigger. Also, I'm not sure the overall yellow cast really helps here. I'd prefer better white balance.
