Congratulations on a very good composition. You have handled the technicalities of a creating this type of image very well!
Focus: excellent for such a long exposure. I take it you used a tripod.
Colour: Black and white was a very good choice, colour would have been too distracting in this image.
Exposure: Very good.
I am actually surprised that this image didn't place higher, perhaps it was just too subtle for some of the voters.
