It's a little bit blurry but I'll give you credit because I know ants don't sit still very long. (unless they're dead)

Challenge met. Did you rotate the pic? I can't decide, but I guess it doesn't matter. Like the unobtrusive background, although, if the pic was not rotated, something that gives reference to where up is might have helped :) Anyhow, I think your technical execution lets you down here. There's really nothing in crisp focus and where the plane of focus seems to be the closest is where the ant's body is, not the head, which I personally would've preferred.

Wee bit soft on the focus but the composition and light are very nice. Good job.

Focus appear to be a bit off. Next time shoot several more of the same shot, incase one is off on focus...

Interesting perspective, but is a little soft - looks like camera shake?

Meets the Challenge? Not really, your subject is holding a snake up in front of a house. The only question that I can think of is it a wild snake or a domesticated snake?
Technical : This is the best part of your image. The composition is fairly interesting with the angles of the house and the sinous lines of the snake.
Creative/Artistic: If someone was afraid of snakes, this may have some impact on them.

Is this a poisionous snake? (Is that the question?) It's a really good picture of the snake and hand (except you clipped the finger), but that background really doesn't help. (You need to ask somebody to take down the xmas lights...) 7 Rob the Swash

Super composition and macro point of view. Nice touch to have the finger out of the frame. Makes it seem more natural and out of control.

This really doesn't raise any questions for me. You took a picture of someone holding their pet snake. It's a nice enough image, but doesn't seem to me to fit the contest much. Good lighting, though, and I like the house unsharp in the background.
