There's something about this I just can't quite put my finger on. I think perhaps it serves as a marvelous illustration for the lyrics to one of my favorite Toad the Wet Sprocket songs:

what i like most about this image are the water drops that are making some small distortions in the image. it puts me right there in the boat or wherever this was taken. it helps me hear the sea, and feel the rocking too.
