This is an exquisitely paradoxical image; few elements, simply composed, and executed (especially in post-processing) with restraint. Paradoxical because these modest ingredients nevertheless result in an image loaded with interest and intellectual challenge for the viewer prepared to make the effort. Those not so prepared will, alas, satisfy themselves with some carping about the wires.

I don't quite see the realtion of your title to the photo, but frankly, titles don't count one way or the other for me - it's the photo itself. I like the silhouetted birds. The wire lines...I'm not sure if they distract or add the needed balance to keep this from being an average photo. I'll come back for a second look.

Think I would have used the top half of the photo and cropped out the wires.
