It's take me a while to figure out exactly what I'm seeing here. I think the reflection is balloons floating up against the lights.

It's such a strange contrast of environments between the inside and the outside. The outside world seems very old style, with the warm light and the sandstone buildings, it feels peaceful. Then on the inside you have what I can only assume are the electric unnatural blue colour being lit by fluorescent lighting, which is harsh and feels a touch sad when contrasted by the outside world.

So much to look at here, such an interesting shot!
