Nice shot, colourful well light, the shadows give it some depth. I think however that the steam? from the buildings compete too much with the architecture and it almost wins as the main focus of the shot.

The featureless foreground would be better cropped off in my opinion as well as some of the sky which just emphasises the steam.

Well spotted and well done for taking the opportunity to shoot it.
