I'm not too fond of this photo..the colors are a bit dull and the focul point is obviously at the bottom of the shot,,but the top portion of the shot which covers a large portion of the shot is quite boring. The umbrella in the shot seems a bit out of place and the angle of the lady lying down makes her look really distorted.

Looks like a nice time! I'm not sure I'm crazy about the composition -- I know you were trying to include the umbrella, but I think it may distract from the picture. I might have tiled it down a bit.
