I like the flares under the a they look really good. A different background (whatever's behind the bottle) might have helped the shot a bit. Maybe something solid? A piece of paper, or a red and white mix (since it's coke)... The perspective is interesting. It shows that you don't need to focus on the coca-cola logo to have it known what's in the shot.

I like this shot because of the light "stars" and the angle and crop you decided upon. I would have cut out the license plate, but I can see why you probably kept it in-- to make the title totally obvious! My only quibble is thew wicked bad shadow on there.. is that your shadow? ;)
