One of the things that can make or break a sunset is the foreground. You've captured an interesting line of buildings in silhouette and great reflections. The only disturbing thing is the dead-center horizon, which leaves too much black at the bottom. Possibly cropping away some of the right-hand portion would improve the composition.

oh how i wish this was a members challenge so you could have gotten rid of those little reflections in the lower right corner :). this is a great pic that would be even better to me if the only light on the water was the reflection of the sun. very nice contast in light and colour.

One thing I learn when I was 10 years old that you should never let the subject point out of the picture. This men should be on the right side of the picture. But other then that I like this and give you 7.

Wow, this is a nice image. It has a bit of noise that either needs to be more (arty look) or less (my preference). Also the background needs to be light seperately to make it more uniform. Nice silhouette effect with just enough lighting to give it a touch of dimension! And if anyone says the guy should be peddling into the shot, ignore them. This is IMHO much more creative!
