I doesn't seem very high, because the street light is there. And the interesting glass panel with paper stuck on it doesn't seem to belong. Nice lines, and lots to wonder about.

Seriously, now, to my overactive imagination it looks like the human is stepping into the mural & the ground is wrinkling up to admit him. Mystical & very interesting.
