Don't know how you did it, but there's an appearance of movement while stationery in the whole image. The building is sliding left. The arrows are going right. The car is moving, but parked. The worker is falling into the image. The posterboy is changing his legs. Wonderful.

Looks suspiciously like a new South African mall going up. Only one bloke I know recently doing B&W and works in the construction industry here :) Gritty and grainy, perhaps intended for a recent Grain Challenge? It's a good fit for such an industrial image with bold sky and wide distortion in the verticals
