Say ahhhhhhhh.by wargloryComment by Shiiizzzam: This for some reason shows me fear. It just looks scary. I think it would be much better with the needle in focus. |

Say ahhhhhhhh.by wargloryComment by Gene L.: This almost works, but the subject, the needle, is out of focus while the background stuff is in focus. My attention was first brought to the light, then the tray, then the arm holding the tray, and lastly to the needle. We need for things to work the other way around. If your camera has a macro mode, this is a good way to get in an in focus subject while getting a lot of background blur to remove destractions. |

Say ahhhhhhhh.by wargloryComment by jmsetzler: I think this is a VERY fearful situation for me :) I think this photo would have been GREAT if the needle was not out of focus. In my mind, the needle *is* the element of fear in this image and should be the center of attention... good shot! = 7 - jmsetzler |

Say ahhhhhhhh.by wargloryComment by Swashbuckler: I thought about doing a dentist shot! To me, the focus should be on the needle. It's the scarest part!! (I was thinking about just doing the dentist's tray, this is a better concept, if only the needle stood out more....) 6 Swash |

Say ahhhhhhhh.by wargloryComment by miller: I think this would be more effective if the focus was on the syringe, but I think I see where you're going. The blob in the lower right is distracting. It could have easily been cropped out. I think the composition could be better too, maybe if there was a person in the shot with their mouth open. |
