I like the photo so the next words are just little things that might help but I am just an amateur so ....

the girl (you?)is leaning to the right it seems, perhaps better more upright or from a slightly different angle.

the background doesn't compliment the gorgeous auburn hair

seems a bit noisy and a general sharpen up could make it better ( at least worth trying)
possibly crop just above her top and balance at the top of the pic.

Just my thoughts and I really mean it when I say I do like the pic! Well done!

I like this shot with most of the bottom, and just a little of the top, cropped off. It brings the focus of the eye much more to the building.

This shot has a lot of potential, in my opinion. I like the composition, although I'd like to see just the tiniest bit more space between the canon wheel & the edge of the pic. A little post processing on colors, etc., should make this pop nicely.

Google for "Einstein Tongue" on well... Google and take a look at the images that are available. The expression is nearly identicaly, with two major differences; angle of capture and the subject is a woman.
