I love the colors in this shot. While my initial feeling is an increase in sharpness would make a better image, after time I come to appreciate the softness of the image as it gives me a feeling of the softness of the flower....with the right border this image would pop.

It doesn't appear to be very sharp to me. Perhaps you missed your focus by a hair? I'd like to see this same type of shot for tomorrow, but with the WHOLE dark pink part in focus. Lovely colors and i do like the way the lines flow from the right side to the stamen (i think thats the right word)

What a wonderful capture. I am always amazed at the complexity of a flower and this shot shows that very well. The colors are awesome and sharpness is dead on.
