This is National Geographic quality portraiture.
My only comment is that it < >> like some Joey Lawrence style grunge has been added to this photo. Her face just looks an unnatural color. I don't think that you did anything to cause or enhance this in PP, so I'm not docking your score or anything. Perhaps it says something to the power of the photo that something that looks like it has been enhanced for effect is probably real.
Meh, I dunno. DOF and lighting are SPOT on, though perhaps some warmer light might have given a slightly happier emotion, rather than the cold desolation I feel looking at this picture.
