this shot is a cool idea but it is very low res. and i think the green and red flares on the lenses aren't helping the overall image.

Placing the pasta centrally in the photograph, and parallel with the bottom gives a very static impression. A more dynamic result can be achieved by moving the pasta of centre (rule of thirds) and rotating the pasta on the diagonal.
