Look like a junkie photo with a blue light. I know you can do better with this photo. add compostition to it like a rules of thrid or leading line to make it more appealing. and if you did that your photo would of been the bomb. But Nice Try Though 6

Dramatic hues, but it seems a bit over saturated on my monitor. Shallow DOF detracts from the image. Comp is only fir in my opinion.
