Sand devils are fantastic, aren't they? Really like the comp and tones, even if they look a tad unnatural (maybe that's why I like it?) :)

Great job capturing the sand in motion. Looks like the winds where around ~25-30mph. Only nitpick is the editing, the unevening burning of the clouds kind of spoils the shot. I do like the rest of the tone of the image.

I gave this a 10 and was surprised to see it finish outside the top ten! Your conversion to BW is exceptional, and the sharpness of details is great. The foreground image is interesting, and the skyline behind it adds an unexpected element. I think this shot is superb!
