REVERIE...Wild and Free Againby charmayneComment by bclements: Very well done! I can feel the texture of the fur. Like the composition, tight cropping. Great color contrast. Slightly softer focus in the left upper corner does not bother me at all, attention drawn to the eyes. |

Am I Different?by charmayneComment by photom: Great title - very expressive. Your handling if the DoF very well planned and executed. Catchlight is the nearest swan's eye is a great touch. My only problem is that the close swan is very close to the top edge of the frame and merges with the bluw/yellow color boundary. |

Am I Different?by charmayneComment by scrum8: Too bad about the shadows on the mallards and geese. I might have tried for a tighter vertical crop on the swan. |

REVERIE...Wild and Free Againby charmayneComment by moodville: Good color and texture in the fur. The only real issue I have is that if you are going to basically capture the eyes then it would probably be a good idea to actually see them instead of dark slits. |

Am I Different?by charmayneComment by crabappl3: A lot of people may have dinged you on the overexposed neck, or underexposed ducks in the background, but to me this shot is more about the relationship between the two types of bird. You have captured a powerful image that proves that exposure isn't always what makes a good shot. -danny |
