First impression: nice, simple composition, but not boring, makes me wonder a little more about the story that is behind the picture. And congrats on a 6+ score.
Technicals: Good color, focus and lighting. Really nothing i could suggest that would improve this picture.
Composition: I really like the addition of the yellow flower in the frame. I like the pools of light, in contrast with darkness beyond the bench and the night blue sky. Great use of color.
It looks like you spent some time with Post process and you have done a nice job of that as well. Good contrast/ dodge/burn throughout. It would have been nice to see just a little more detail/definition on the end of the bench but that could also be my monitor adjustment.
This is a good picture, one which met the challenge well. I figure any score over 6 is pretty good so i offer you my congrats on that. The only think that i can think of which might have upped your vote would have been the inclusion of a person. But, that would have really seemed creepy :) I know what you mean about going about after dark with your camera.
