Oh no! A moving dust mop! It seems like something strange is happening with the tile joints on the floor. If nothing else, they add an in-focus area to the shot as a contrast to the moving dog.

Your son is so fortunate that he gets to take trips like this. Just this afternoon I was thinking that what I really need to do is stop worrying about whether or not my kids are socializing enough with their peers and spend more time figuring out how to get them away from home and out exploring the world. Seeing this was timely for me :)
