This makes me want to say "Wow!" The faces of these two dogs really grab me and hold my attention. You've captured their brown eyes just perfectly. And those white bow ties. . . Those tinge marks on their hind legs are great. And the black claws on the guy sitting on the chair show up beautifully. I belive your composition has truly shown the rule of 3rds. The portrait is sharp and is truly in focus. Even the scroll on the chair is in focus. Lovely job!

Great work - composition and framing are near perfect, focus is very good and the dogs are lovely. Probably the biggest distraction I have are the shadows (especially around the chair). Everything else is wonderful though.
