Compressed too much. The limit is 150K. Your image is only about 37K, so you have plenty of room to use less compression.

This looks very compressed. You may want to save your files without reducing jpeg compression in the future. This is a great shot and subject - you mway want to think about reallyc ropping in - maybe framing it from where the boat starts to teh rope and the pole where it is tied up (cutting out the extra poles adn the extra dead space beyond the pole with the rope. -6
